Umag Trophy

Umag Trophy is a series of international football tournaments for U8 to U14 categories, taking place in Umag since 2016. It is organised by the B4SPORT CAMPS d.o.o. sports tourism agency, with the Umag Tourist Board as its official partner.

Location

As a renowned sports town, Umag boasts superb facilities for football tournaments and training camps. It enjoys a pleasant climate and is situated at an excellent location close to the Italian and Slovenian borders and the airports of Trieste, Venice and Ljubljana. It is, therefore, not surprising that numerous globally acclaimed football teams choose Umag for their training camps and tournaments.

Rewarding experience for every team

The Umag Trophy matches are played on the natural and artificial football pitches at Katoro and Stella Maris resorts close to Umag. If all of the requirements are met and the event organiser grants approval, each participating club may register up to three teams per category. The number of players each team may register is unlimited. There is no maximum number of substitutes permitted, and the same player may return to the pitch a number of times during the game. The tournament is organised in a way that each club plays at least five games. The four best-ranked teams get a trophy, while all the players taking part are awarded a participation medal.

Affordable packages: matches + accommodation

Players will get full service, including full-board accommodation at the seaside hotels near the football pitches, transfers to the pitch and back, and access to supporting facilities such as swimming pools and meeting rooms. Special packages offered to the players' families during the tournament make it a great opportunity to visit our delightful destination.
